Touch football in Kingston is played in a regular 7 a side formation. A quarterback with 6 receivers, and a rusher with 6 defenders.

Compete throughout Ontario

Many teams from the Kingston League participate on the Trillium Tour as well. Tournaments are held throughout Ontario, and some in Quebec.

Competition can be intense at this level, so it's a good way to test your skills and see if you've still got "IT"

The League

KDTFL is a Touch Football League in Kingston, Ontario. We are back for the 2021 season!! We have 6 teams competing for the league title. Games will be held at Queen's Miklas-McCarney field on West Campus, on Wednesday nights.

We will be following the COVID Protocols provided to us by Queen's to allow us the use of their fields. Please rech out to your captains if you are unsure of the protocols.

The picture here is of Laurie Ross, our 2017 Moe Black Award winner. This award is presented to someone who exhibits great sportsmanship and represents the spirit of the KDTFL.

Come on out and show your sportsmanship and competitive spirit, maybe someday you will be presented with an award. Won't know until you try!

Of course, you can always just check the schedule and show up at the field to chat to someone, or just watch if you like. Our league is very social so it should be easy to strike up a conversation with a player or two.
